TERMS & CONDITIONS
- For ongoing assignments a Contract of Agreement must be signed by the client and returned before commencement of work.
- One-off projects may require a deposit.
- Charges are made by the hour, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
- It will be assumed that all work has been proof-read by the client to check for errors.
- A surcharge may be applied for fast turnaround work and out-of-hours services.
- Payment will be due on completion of work for one-off projects. For ongoing assignments invoices will be issued monthly in arrears with payment due 10 working days from date of invoice.
- Payment may be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
